I love what I do

I'm Christy, the founder and creator of Aloeswood Beauty. I was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. Spending my days in the wild forests, lakes, rivers and hot springs finding adventures and relaxing. My love of the great outdoors and wild pure nature influences what I do at Aloeswood, bringing nature into everyday life + self-care.

I facilitate healing skin, bodies, and spirits. It has been a lifelong pursuit. Before becoming an esthetician, I practiced massage therapy for over twenty years working with olympic chiropractors, exclusive clientele and bringing my spa experience to spa’s all over the world. I'm also a trained yoga teacher and nutrition coach, with a passion for teaching anatomy, physiology, and Dermatology to beauty therapists. I trained and proctored the CIDESCO exam in San Francisco until I opened Aloeswood Beauty.
